Who is responsible?
The business identified in the Impressum is responsible for this processing.
Contact: info@putup.online.
What information may be processed?
We only collect or receive information needed to review an enquiry, provide the service, process a transaction, respond to communications, protect the website and meet legal obligations.
- Enquiry details, including your name, email, project brief and requested scope.
- Order and transaction references, payment status and method. PutUp does not receive or store full card details.
- Project files, content and correspondence you choose to provide.
- Basic server and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.
Why do we process it?
Depending on the context, processing is needed to take steps you request before a contract, perform a contract, meet legal and accounting duties, protect the service and prevent fraud, or respond to requests and complaints.
Anonymous website analytics
We measure page visits, important link and button clicks, active time, successful enquiry submissions and approximate country so we can understand whether the website works well. A random identifier is kept only for the current browser session. We do not store your IP address, form contents or a persistent visitor profile. Detailed analytics are kept for up to 90 days.
Service providers
Card payments are handled by SumUp on its own payment infrastructure. We may also use hosting/infrastructure, domain-registration and email providers where needed to deliver the service.
The providers actually used for an order may depend on the chosen domain and project. Relevant provider and international-transfer information will be made available where required; we do not publish guessed provider details.
How long is information kept?
Project and service data is kept for the active project and a reasonable period needed for support or disputes. Transaction and accounting records are kept as required by applicable law. Security logs follow the configured technical retention period. Consent and contract records may be kept as needed to demonstrate compliance.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Rights can depend on the legal basis and statutory record-keeping duties. Contact info@putup.online to make a request.
