Questions,
answered.
When will I receive a reply and offer?
Every enquiry receives a reply within a couple of hours. If the project is a good fit, that reply will include a tailored offer covering the scope, timing, price and any extras.
How quickly can you build it?
The tailored offer confirms the normal schedule. Fast Track adds €50 and guarantees the first review version within one working day after payment and all required materials are received.
How much will my website cost?
Standard packages are Launch at €249 (up to 30 days live), Flex at €349 (up to 90 days), and Campaign at €649 (up to 180 days). Each includes the design, build, and hosting of one focused page for the selected period. We confirm the scope, price, and any agreed extras in your offer before work begins.
Can I request changes before launch?
Yes. You receive a review version and can share one combined list of refinements within five working days. This includes small layout and wording changes, replacing supplied images, reasonable visual adjustments, and correcting misunderstandings of the agreed direction. A new concept, substantial replacement content, extra pages, or new functionality is quoted separately.
What happens when the paid period ends?
There is no automatic renewal. Before the paid period ends, you can arrange a hosting extension. Without an extension or an agreed handoff, the website may be taken offline. Source handoff remains a separate paid option, but a standard handover of a PutUp-managed domain is available on request at no extra service charge.
What should I share with you?
Share the text, photos, logo, dates, links, contact details and goal for the page. A complete Content Pack helps us start quickly; references are welcome, but they do not need to be neatly organized.
Is it a template?
No. The presentation is designed around the agreed material and direction. PutUp may use reusable technical components and methods to build it efficiently and reliably.
Do I own the website or source code?
Not under a standard package. You own the content and brand material you supplied, while PutUp retains its source code, reusable components and infrastructure. A project-source ZIP is available separately through the €499 Source Handoff; deployment and migration are not included.
Do I own the domain?
You can. If you bring your own domain, you remain its owner. If PutUp registers and manages one for you, you may choose to own it or ask to take it with you when the service ends. The standard registrar handover has no extra PutUp fee; premium-domain prices and unavoidable third-party registrar or renewal fees may still be agreed separately.
Can you use a domain I already own?
Yes. You keep ownership and responsibility for renewal and registrar access. You can make the DNS changes using our instructions or provide the minimum temporary access needed to connect the site.
Can you add extra pages?
Yes. A simple supporting text-and-image page with normal links or buttons is €79. Ecommerce, booking systems, accounts, dashboards, databases, custom applications and similar functionality need a separate quote.
Can I take the site down early?
Yes. You can ask us to take the site offline at any time. Takedown stops public hosting; it does not by itself reverse completed design/build work or create a refund.
Can I change things after launch?
PutUp corrects its own implementation errors. Flex includes two hours and Campaign five hours of post-launch content updates. Launch and work beyond those allowances are charged at €70 per hour with a €35 minimum.
Will it rank on Google?
Basic on-page SEO is included, but we do not guarantee indexing, rankings, traffic, enquiries, sales or other commercial outcomes.
Can I move the site somewhere else?
You can purchase Source Handoff for the agreed project-specific files. It does not include deployment, migration, hosting setup or a guarantee that the project will run in another environment.
How can I pay?
Accepted methods are SumUp card payment, bank transfer and cash. Card details stay with SumUp and are not stored by PutUp.
Can my website link to tickets, donations, payments, or bookings?
Yes. Normal links and buttons can take visitors to an existing ticketing, donation, payment, or booking service. Those links fit the standard page scope. Building or integrating those systems into the website requires a separate quote. External services have their own fees and terms.
